Verify a document

Every document Reada issues carries a QR code and a verification code. Enter the code to see the document’s status in the register, and add the original document file to compare its fingerprint with the issued revision.

The file’s fingerprint is calculated on your device; the file itself is not uploaded.

How verification works

  1. Scan the QR code printed on the document, or enter the verification code.
  2. Add the original PDF to confirm it matches the issued revision and has not been altered.
  3. The result comes from the signed issuance record in Reada’s system at the time of the check.
